Personalized Communications has the ability to record calls on your account.
Most call centers utilize recording software which is dependent on the workstation operating system, computer audio card, drivers, recording software, or recording hardware. All of these components are viewed as points of failure. At Personalized Communications, we use inline server level recording eliminating the multiple point of failure. This allows us to ensure a recording is available when needed.
All calls are recorded and stored for thirty days at no additional charge. For clients who need their recordings stored for a longer period of time, we also offer Voice Recording Storage.
Do you need your patched calls recorded? Our agent will screen the call per your instructions, connect the caller to you and drop off the line. Because we use inline server level recording, we have the ability to record calls once the call has been patched. Many of our clients have benefited from this technology.
