Courtney Christian, Shift Supervisor
I first came to Personalized Communications in 2008 after driving by and seeing the hiring banner. I was hired as a telephone agent, and then transitioned into a lead dispatcher, eventually assisted in training any new groups as well as our seasoned agents. I have been with the company for 10 joyful years. With the skills and training that I learned, I am now part of our supervisor team.
I have 2 wonderful boys who are: Brayden and Bryson. I volunteer at my church when I am not working. I enjoy spending time with my boys, going to church, and spending time with my family and friends. Best part about my job is being able to help my agents, clients, and customers in whatever they need. I enjoy my job and being available to help when I am needed and where I am needed.
My advice to a new agent would be, don’t be discouraged, don’t take it personal, and smile. The caller can really hear a smile in your voice.
