I first joined Personalized Communications in April 1998. After 2 years, I left and went to work for a wireless telephone company. However, after 5 years there, I found my way back home to Personalized Communications on August 8, 2008.
Upon my return in 2008, I started as telephone agent and after 6 months I became an operations shift supervisor here at our Dallas Answering Service. As a shift supervisor, I support our agents and clients to ensure callers receive the best call experience.
I really enjoy helping people and take great pride in my position here. My motto is “Take care of our customers and they will take care of you!”
When not working, I enjoy playing shuffleboard. I am also an avid member of the American Legion where I volunteer supporting our military and our veterans.
