Jessica McKnight

I was raised in a small town in west Texas. I moved to Dallas in 2006. I am the
proud mother of four wonderful teenagers (3 girls, 1 boy).

I started at Personalized Communications call center as a telephone service
representative in 2014 and transitioned into dispatch over the years. In August
2018, I was given an opportunity to advance here at the answering service to be the
company receptionist and administrative assistant. I’m excited to be part of a
wonderful company.
